Friendship In Bloom

Friendships don't just happen. There is a seed dropped underneath the earth where no one can see it, the sun shines, the rain falls, and then you wait patiently. More sunshine, more rain and more patient waiting! Then there is a sprout. The excitement of seeing something that came from what you had almost forgotten about. The sprout becomes a full blown plant or flower or shrub or tree. It's yours for life..... if you take care of it. If you weed and water and protect it from the storms, it's yours forever and even after that. That's how friendship grows, and it's yours forever, if you take care of it.

This stamp is a Magnolia called, "Watercan Tilda." I colored her with my Copic markers and it was my first time trying to use the Scandinavian style of coloring.
